Taylor Fry

Hugh’s focus is primarily on the social sector, where he applies actuarial and analytics techniques to understand and help relieve disadvantage.

He has deep experience building lifetime and cost models for government across employment, welfare, disability and homelessness. This investment approach modelling brings the power of big data and long-range forecasting together to identify priority cohorts and enhance policy decisions. Hugh says:
